Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds, returns, or cancellations are processed for purchases and services made through Astrologer, (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), via the website www.astroindiahub.com (“Website”) or mobile application (“Platform”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any services or products through our Platform, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the terms set out herein.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:

Digital and personalized astrological services including reports, charts, and consultations.

Physical products such as gemstones, yantras, rudraksha, or other spiritual items offered through our Platform.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the personalized and interpretive nature of astrology-related services, the following are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased or initiated:

Personalized reports, charts, or readings generated based on your date of birth, time, and place details.

Live or recorded consultations (video/audio/chat) once initiated or delivered.

Subscription-based services, horoscope alerts, or any time-bound digital offerings once activated.
Once a service has been assigned to an astrologer or marked as “processing,” no cancellation or refund shall be permitted.
3. Product Returns and Replacements
We take utmost care to deliver quality products. However, returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (different from what was ordered).

The request for replacement is raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at us with clear photographs and order details.
Note:

Products once consecrated, energized, or used cannot be returned.

Gemstones or spiritual products are subject to natural variations and minor differences in color, weight, or clarity; such differences shall not qualify as defects.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying certificates or invoices.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital services (like horoscope reports or consultations) can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided processing has not started.

Orders for physical products can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To cancel an order, contact our customer support team promptly with your order details.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations or returns) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds shall be credited via the original mode of payment, after deducting applicable transaction or gateway charges, courier costs, and handling fees (if any).

In case of multiple payments made for the same order, duplicate transactions shall be refunded in full.
6. Delay or Non-Delivery
If any order (digital or physical) cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, non-availability, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the full amount shall be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
