1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Astrologer, is an astrology and spiritual wellness platform providing personalized astrological charts, horoscope readings, consultations, remedies, and related products such as gemstones, yantras, and spiritual items (“Services” and “Products”).
The Platform offers both Free Services and Paid Services. Paid Services include personalized reports, consultations, and physical products that require payment prior to delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Use of the Website is permitted only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under 18 years of age may use the services only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. USER REGISTRATION
To access personalized or paid services, Users may be required to register an account using a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to:

4. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

All astrological guidance is provided based on the astrologer’s expertise and interpretation and is intended for spiritual and self-development purposes only.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices for services and products are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via secure online methods such as debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or other approved payment gateways.
6. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
6.1 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the customized nature of astrology-based services, the following are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

Personalized charts, horoscope reports, and digital astrology services.

Live consultations (video/audio/chat).

Subscriptions, horoscope alerts, and any digital or time-bound services.
Once processing has begun or an astrologer is assigned, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
6.2 Product Returns and Replacements
Returns or replacements will be accepted only in the following cases:

The delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery to with order details and clear images.
Products that have been energized, consecrated, or used will not be eligible for return. Gemstones and similar items may exhibit natural variations that do not qualify as defects.
6.3 Cancellations

Orders for digital services can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment, provided they are not yet processed.

Product orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

Transaction or gateway charges, courier, and handling fees may be deducted as applicable.

Duplicate or multiple payments for the same order will be refunded in full.
7. USER OBLIGATIONS

Transmit defamatory, offensive, or obscene content.

All services and products are offered as-is, without warranties of any kind. The Company and its astrologers do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Astrological guidance provided through our Platform is based on interpretation and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users are advised to exercise discretion before making any decisions based on astrological readings.
Its affiliates, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or products.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, graphics, logos, text, and materials available on the Platform are the intellectual property of company. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use the content without prior written consent.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
